L-24s are a much rarer design of the popular Luders class. Historically, there were only eleven or so originally built and who knows how many of those are still around today.
We discovered that repairing L-24s prove to be a much bigger challenge than their smaller counterparts, owing to the built-down shape of the hull and the seven layers of veneer--compared to only five layers on the traditional L-16s.
